GameCloud offers all essential services related Video Game Quality Checks and Quality Assurance

Services for Games & Interactive Entertainment Applications

GameCloud provides external QA for games and interactive applications across the platforms agreed in the project brief. We test the named player journeys, report reproducible issues and document coverage and unresolved risks so your team can decide what to fix and when to release.

We offer Game QA Testing services for PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR & other emerging platforms including smartglasses. We have tested some Video Games (Casual Games, Online Games, Facebook Games, Massively Multiplayer Online Games and various genres) on the hardware and system combinations named in the project brief.

If you are worried about covering QA testing of all aspects of your FPS game, MMOPRG, even casual game or any other genre with too many input possibilities and map discovery methods, just let us know! Our game QA service is more than just following traditional methodologies of software testing. Regardless of the size of the game’s virtual world, while testing small games to AAA games, based on client’s requirement, we also take care of issues related to clipping, overlaps, collision triggers, game progress saves/loads and ensuring the proper end of the bound. If you want us to focus on something specific, just tell us about the area to be covered in your requirement, and we will take care of the rest.

Value Added Services

Core Pass and Full Pass

Value Proposition Through Game Validation:

Our Value Added Services (VAS) is a culmination of our knowledge and experience collected through years of gaming and game validation, and hence we understand that the studios require more than Quality Assurance and testing for making successful games.

Our VAS offerings are discrete in nature and focused more on direct support in the areas of Compatibility, Compliance and post-launch activities. Our teams are having excellent experience of mobile game QA testing, using which we have developed extensive checklist system of “Core Pass” & “Full Pass”. These checks are prepared separately for each game tested, adding significant value to our services.

Our idea of Game Quality Assurance is including but not limited to tests mentioned below.

What We Do In Game Testing ?

A list of typical checks to help you understand how our services work.

Platform and specialty game testing

Named commercial passes for multiplayer, web, XR, and mobile - scoped to the builds and platforms in your brief.

Multiplayer game testing for live sessions, not just single-player smoke

Online and multiplayer titles fail in ways a solo QA pass never sees. Sync drift, host migration, matchmaking edge cases, party invites across stores, and mid-session reconnects only show up when two or more real clients share a session under imperfect network conditions.

GameCloud is an external game QA partner for PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR, and other emerging platforms. For multiplayer work we scope a named pass against the builds and platforms in your brief, then run coordinated sessions that exercise the commercial failure modes producers actually ship against.

What a scoped multiplayer pass can own

  • Session join and leave paths - cold join, late join, kick, voluntary leave, party disband, and return-to-lobby without leftover state.
  • Sync and authority checks - position/state desync, double-spend of shared world objects, host vs client authority mismatches, and rollback or catch-up behaviour when one peer stalls.
  • Matchmaking and lobby - create/join/search, cross-platform party where the brief claims it, region or skill filters, full lobby, empty lobby, and cancelled queue.
  • Reconnect and interrupt - backgrounding, network drop, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular (mobile SKUs), and resume into the same match where the design allows it.
  • Progression and economy under concurrency - inventory, unlocks, soft currency, and IAP entitlement when two clients act near-simultaneously (only for offers named in scope).
  • Voice / text / social surfaces in scope - mute, block, report entry points, and basic abuse-path smoke when those features ship in the build under test.
  • Load shape the freeze under-samples - four-to-eight player sessions where the title supports them, plus longer sessions that surface soft locks the 20-minute smoke misses.

What stays with the studio

Design acceptance, server ops ownership, anti-cheat policy decisions, and live economy levers stay with the people who own the title. We report what broke, on which build label, with repro steps and session context. You decide intended behaviour and fix order.

How we brief it

Send the platforms in this release window, the netcode model you will name (peer-to-peer, dedicated, listen-server, or hybrid), the party and matchmaking flows that must work for launch or soft launch, and any known fragile maps or modes. We return a one-page project total for a fixed multiplayer pass, or fold multiplayer coverage into a wider game validation before you ship or Assurance envelope when that fits better.

Shipping a multiplayer title across PC and mobile in the same week? See same-week PC and mobile ship overflow scoping. Need surge coverage after strangers can install? See soft-launch crash and ANR triage in the first 72 hours. For capacity models see dedicated QA pod and partner models and fixed-scope monthly QA for live games.

Book a scoped multiplayer QA pass. Tell us the build labels, platforms, and must-work session flows. We will send a one-page project total - write Sales@GameCloud-Ltd.com or use contact for a one-page project total.

Web game testing across browsers, devices, and store wrappers

Web games ship through browsers, embedded WebViews, PWA shells, and store wrappers. A pass that only opens the build in one desktop Chrome window will miss the failures players hit on Safari, Firefox, Edge, low-RAM Android WebViews, and resize or orientation changes.

GameCloud is an external game QA partner for PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR, and other emerging platforms. For web titles we treat the browser and the host page as part of the product under test, scoped to the engines and devices named in your brief.

What a scoped web game pass can own

  • Browser matrix smoke - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on the OS versions you name; flag engine-specific input, audio, fullscreen, and WebGL or WebGPU failures.
  • Mobile web and WebView - iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and in-scope WebView hosts (for example store or portal wrappers named in the brief).
  • Load and first-session - cold load, cached reload, slow network, blocked third-party scripts, and first-input delay that looks like a soft hang.
  • Input and UX - mouse, touch, keyboard, gamepad where claimed, virtual keyboard covering UI, safe-area / notch, portrait and landscape.
  • Audio and media - autoplay policies, mute/unmute, tab blur, and resume after backgrounding.
  • Progression surfaces - save to local storage or account, cloud sync if claimed, IAP or shop entry points only for offers in scope, and logout / clear-data recovery.
  • Embed and host-page risks - iframe constraints, resize of the parent container, and broken deep links into the playable when the portal owns navigation.

What stays with the studio

CDN and hosting ops, analytics vendor choices, ad-network policy, and store or portal account ownership stay with you. We reproduce player-visible failures with browser, OS, device, and build or deploy label. You own fix order and go-live calls.

How we brief it

Send the live or staging URL (or package), the browsers and devices that must work for this release, whether the SKU is desktop web, mobile web, PWA, or a named wrapper, and any known fragile flows (login, payment, share). We return a one-page project total for a fixed web pass, or fold web coverage into game validation before you ship, soft-launch triage, or monthly recurring QA when that matches the release rhythm.

If a web SKU is in your soft open, brief it on soft-launch crash and ANR triage in the first 72 hours. For recurring web content drops, see fixed-scope monthly QA for live games. Multiplatform overflow including wrappers: same-week PC and mobile ship overflow scoping.

Scope a web game QA pass. Tell us the URL or package, browsers, and must-work flows. We will send a one-page project total - write Sales@GameCloud-Ltd.com or use contact for a one-page project total.

XR and VR game testing on GameCloud (with specialty depth next door)

XR titles fail on comfort, tracking, input edge cases, and performance in ways flat-screen QA does not cover. Studios still need a clear commercial door for game-title QA when an XR, VR, or mixed-reality SKU is in the same release train as PC, mobile, or web.

GameCloud is an external game QA partner for PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR, and other emerging platforms. On GameCloud we scope XR game builds into the same external QA envelope you already use for functional, compatibility, and release-readiness work - against the headsets, OS builds, and companion apps named in your brief.

Smartglasses builds can be scoped under emerging platforms when you name them in the brief - same external QA envelope and the same one-page project total path.

What GameCloud can own on an XR game brief

  • Install and first-session - cold install, permissions, guardian or boundary setup paths the player hits before gameplay, and first-room entry.
  • Core-loop functional checks - interactions, locomotion modes in scope, menu and system UI handoff, save/load, and session resume after headset remove.
  • Input and tracking smoke - controllers, hand tracking where claimed, dominant-hand swaps, battery or disconnect interrupt, and recenter.
  • Comfort and session length signals (game-side) - report player-visible discomfort triggers you ask us to watch (for example sudden acceleration, missing vignetting, or frame hitch during locomotion) with repro and build label. Clinical or lab instrumentation claims are out of scope unless separately scoped.
  • Companion app / store listing flows in scope - companion mobile or desktop app checks only when that package is named in the brief.
  • Multiplatform release trains - when the same title ships flat and XR SKUs, align severity language so producers see one ranked queue.

When to use QualityReality for specialty XR depth

For XR hardware QA, comfort-focused XR lab depth, XR compatibility and performance specialty articles, and XR input edge-case programmes that sit beside traditional software QC, use the QualityReality site. That property carries the XR specialty content and sitemap articles. GameCloud remains the external game QA partner door for scoped game-title work across PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR, and other emerging platforms.

Start here: QualityReality XR testing and hardware QA.

What stays with the studio

Headset OS account ownership, platform submission accounts, comfort policy decisions, and whether a hitch is ship-blocking stay with you. We deliver repro, device or headset identity, OS build, and package label. You own fix order and store replies.

How we brief it

Send which XR SKUs are in this release (and which are not), the headset list that must work, whether a companion app is in scope, and whether you need GameCloud game-title coverage, QualityReality specialty depth, or both coordinated. We return a one-page project total for the GameCloud portion.

Related: soft-launch crash and ANR triage in the first 72 hours (only if an XR SKU is in soft open), same-week PC and mobile ship overflow scoping, dedicated QA pod and partner models, and game validation before you ship.

Scope XR game-title QA on GameCloud, or specialty XR depth on QualityReality. Tell us the headsets, SKUs, and build window. We will send a one-page project total for the GameCloud portion - write Sales@GameCloud-Ltd.com or use contact for a one-page project total. For XR specialty programmes, enquire via QualityReality or the same sales address.

Mobile game testing for iOS and Android release trains

Mobile games fail on OEM skins, OS versions, permission dialogs, interrupt paths, store package differences, and low-spec devices that never appear in a single-lab smoke. Producers need a named mobile pass they can buy beside PC or web work - not a vague "we also do mobile" line.

GameCloud is an external game QA partner for PC, iOS, Android, TV, Web, XR, and other emerging platforms. Mobile coverage is scoped to the iOS and Android package labels, OS bands, and device tiers in your brief.

What a scoped mobile pass can own

  • Store package checks - IPA / TestFlight and AAB / Play track builds named in scope; fresh install, update-from-previous, and clear-data paths.
  • OS and form-factor bands - iPhone and iPad classes you name; Android phone and tablet bands you name; foldables only if listed.
  • Permission and first-run - notification, tracking, storage, camera or mic prompts where claimed, and first-session tutorial blockers.
  • Interrupt and lifecycle - incoming call, backgrounding, low memory, rotation, split-screen where claimed, and resume into combat or shop.
  • Performance signals on device - frame hitch, thermal throttle symptoms, long-session soft locks, and network flip (Wi-Fi to cellular) on Tier-1 devices in the brief.
  • IAP and entitlement smoke - purchase, restore, interrupt mid-purchase, and consumable vs non-consumable paths for offers you list (sandbox or test tracks as you provide).
  • Soft-launch and live vitals handoff - when strangers can install, connect mobile coverage to crash and ANR triage rather than repeating a freeze-only pass.

Device matrix posture (no inventory brag)

Device and OS coverage is confirmed in the project scope at kickoff. This page does not publish a public device count. Bring your must-have Tier-1 list (or your live crash/session mix); we build the pass matrix from that list plus the soft-launch or ship cohort you care about.

What stays with the studio

App Store Connect and Play Console ownership, privacy questionnaires, store reply tone, feature-flag and remote-config levers, and UA spend steps stay with you. We return ranked defects with package version, OS, device identity, and repro. You own fix order and rollout percentage.

How we brief it

Send soft-launch or hard-launch dates, IPA/AAB labels, iOS and Android OS bands that must work, must-have devices, and whether PC or web SKUs ship in the same week. We return a one-page project total - standalone mobile, or multiplatform overflow when PC and mobile ship together.

Shipping PC and mobile in the same week? Read same-week PC and mobile ship overflow scoping. TestFlight or Play closed tracks are not a substitute for a QA pass - see closed testing tracks are not a QA pass. Soft open stability: soft-launch crash and ANR triage in the first 72 hours. Live-ops: fixed-scope monthly QA for live games. Release spine: game validation before you ship.

Book mobile game QA against your real package labels. Tell us the IPA/AAB, OS bands, and must-have devices. We will send a one-page project total - write Sales@GameCloud-Ltd.com or use contact for a one-page project total.
